Delete your VAWILON account
You can delete your account and data in the app or by email. Deletion cannot be undone.
In the app
1. Open VAWILON (app.vawilon.com) and sign in.
2. Tap the settings icon in the top left corner and open the account section.
3. Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm. If you signed in with Google, Apple or another service, sign in again first: deletion must be confirmed within 15 minutes.
Without access to the app
Write to support@vawilon.com from the address your account is registered with, with the subject «Account deletion». We will delete the account within 30 days and reply to your email.
What is deleted
Email, password, sign-in through other services and all sessions.
Profile: name, @username, date of birth, city, country, bio, avatar, interests.
Your location on the map and in VawilonVision.
Posts — text, photos, video, music — and reactions to them.
Messages you wrote, money requests, your Vawi on the map and its finds.
Your tasks and meetups are cancelled; your participation in other people’s is deleted.
What remains
An anonymous record without a name or @username, so that other people’s conversations do not break; others see it as a nameless memorial.
Reports and blocks involving the account — for the safety of other people.
Database backups until they are deleted; they are used only to recover from a failure.
Data on your device
Deleting your account does not erase data on your phone. Use the Clear device data button in settings or delete the app.
